a message from Coral, founder
Within Pilates was founded for every woman. from our colours to our logo to our name, Within was created to be a welcoming, inclusive and safe space to connect, share our stories and be empowered through Pilates. but at Within, it's not just about Pilates and it never was. it was founded due to my own personal lacking of friendships and having a place where I could be completely myself and collaborate with other women to share our stories.
There is so much in store, from community events, online classes and eventually a physical space for women to grow and network.
Thank you all for being apart of this journey, however long and in whatever capacity, it means the world to me.

Originally from Chicago, I moved to Aus 6 years ago, I truly have found my forever home in Queensland. I am a mom of one, aged 3.
After over a decade career in admin, I rediscovered my love for Mat Pilates after giving birth to my daughter and joining a studio with Mum and Bub classes. I really noticed changes in my strength, posture and just how I felt overall in my body and mind.
I've been doing Pilates since I was 9, shoutout to the Pilates for Dummies DVD my mom owned, attending both Mat and Reformer classes. Even my 80+ year old Grandma and mother don’t skip their weekly Pilates classes. It's in my blood!
Within Pilates is my love of the sisterhood and creating community.
