class discription
this is a full body mat Pilates workout aiming to restrengthen your abdominals post-pregnancy and especially working your arms and glutes to cater to your new life with bubs. each exercise can be modified easier or more challenging to suit where you are in your postpartum healing journey, including diastasis recti and c-section recovery. as this is a more slow and controlled movement, it's a great option to assist you with your postpartum recovery journey. as we are a friendship based studio, there will be getting to know you opportunities, think of it like a modern day mother's group. after class head over to Nosebury Park next door and let bubs crawl around or head to one of the many cafe's in Corinda! (Nitty Gritty is delicious.) ideal for 12 months (walking) and under, check out our toddler time on Wednesday's for the older bubs!

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation and rescheduling allowed up to 1 hour prior to class starting. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in forfeiting a class.
