class discription
whether it's your first or your fifth, we all know the importance of movement during pregnancy (and beyond.) mat Pilates is low-impact, safe movement for pregnancy up until you deliver and we program for your trimester to ensure all exercises are safe. this class focuses mostly on the muscles you'll be needing after birth and during your new life with bubs (think arms, bum, legs, shoulders) as most abdominal work is not recommended until after pregnancy. and even then... don't rush back into it! these are programmed to focus on proper technique and will include plenty of water breaks and stretching to help alleviate the effects and postural changes of pregnancy. once in the second trimester, there will be no exercises lying on your back, stomach or abdominal exercises to minimise risk of diastasis recti. each class is specifically programmed for the participants.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation and rescheduling allowed up to 1 hour prior to class starting. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in forfeiting a class.
